Initiation & Growth Activities

  • Assist the Client in understanding the new business and regulatory environment and gathering all the information needed for the Client to make its important decisions regarding the Projects
  • Approach key people to promote and market for the Client's interests in the Projects;
  • Arranging and attend meetings with the Client and Government bodies, state-owned and private corporations, representatives and financial institutions as required;
  • Share confidential material and intelligence on the potential Projects, post signature of NDA with relevant parties
  • Advise, along with the legal counsel and auditors, on any relevant regulatory matters and documentations to conform and abide by the laws
  • Intermediate and act as facilitator to ensure optimal business in the best interest of the Projects and the Parties;
  • Assist with building and maintaining fruitful long-term relationships/partnerships for Client
  • Provide future opportunities to grow the business and Projects.

Research & Development Activities

Conduction of specialized research for the Projects that entails:

  • Collection of Data Documentation of Critical Information
  • Analysis and interpretation of that data/information
  • Providing Data-Driven Solutions & Innovations for the Projects

Development of the Projects, including providing

  • multi-disciplinary contracting services, construction of the facilities (factories, ports, logistics hubs, commercial and real estate assets etc.),
  • software, systems, data centers, tracking, websites, applications and all types of smart solutions and integration.

Gather, share, analyze all technical data, informational, and material on the Projects

Planning Projects activities and detailed implementation planning

Budgeting, reviewing proposal budgets, financial reporting, and monitoring Projects spending

Preparation, monitoring and evaluation of business studies and reports for the Projects

Procurement & Trading Activities

Procurement of the following for the Projects: (1) Products, Services & Commodities (2) Machinery, Equipment & Spare Parts (3) Human Resources/ People (4) Land and Office Spaces (5) Technology (6) Insurance, Licenses, Permits & Approvals (7) Others

Providing all import/export related business for the Projects including, without limitation, to: (1) Suppliers, Clients and Customers (2) Port/ Airport, Shipping & Logistics Services (3) Applicable Documentation (4) Customs & Regulatory Fulfillment Requirements

Coordination & Management Activities

Coordination and management of the Projects' processes, systems and relationships, including, without limitation, to:

  • Establishment of Companies and Special Purpose Vehicles Structures in Relation to the Projects;
  • Government and Sovereign, Private Relationships
  • Construction and Contracting Development Services
  • Software, Smart Solutions, IT Systems, and Servers;
  • Maintenance of Hard (Equipment) and software services
  • Accounting Systems (ERP, Oracle etc.)
  • Transportation Fleets, Warehouses (renting and tracking), Supply Chain & Call Centers Others

Coordinating documentation, & regulatory requirements' fulfilment processes for the Projects
